modern cooking area (4 ceramic burners, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, boiler, toaster on request, tableware and accessories), dish towels. Couch for 2 people, a sitting area with a table and SAT-TV
Bedroom:
a double room + 2 beds on the second floor (up the stairs from the living room), a closet (bed-linens are changed weekly)
Bathroom:
Shower, sink with shelf, WC and bidet (towels are changed twice)
Balcony and Terrace:
south-facing, table and chairs, recliners, view of the mountains
Floor heating and integrated ventilation ensure comfortable warmth and pleasant coolness in the Summer in this wooden house.
The Jasper and Quartz apartment are next to each other, and are ideal for large families on holiday.

Good to Know
If you wish to arrive using public transport, we will be happy to pick you up from the nearest railway station or bus stop.
Your reservation is valid if sent in writing via mail, fax or e-mail and/or confirmed by us in writing and once a deposit has been paid.
The rooms will be ready as of 2 PM on the day of arrival. Should you be unable to arrive by 8 PM on the date of arrival, we ask you to please let us know. On the day of your departure, we request that you vacate your rooms by 9 AM. We appreciate your understanding.
Sunday is our family day, so we ask you to please understand that the apartments will be ready after 6 PM.
Dogs will be accepted only on specific agreement, with their own basket or blanket, in the "Rock Quartz" and "Porphyry" apartments. The dog's owner shall be responsible for any damage to the furnishings. The charge per day, without food, is € 15,00.
We ask that you pay in cash or send a bank draft beforehand.
Please note:
A deposit is required for your reservation to be effective and binding, which will be withheld as a processing fee in case of any cancellation. To avoid any unpleasantness, we advise taking out travel cancellation insurance, for example at a travel agency near you.
Cancellations are aggravating. For all involved.

The cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival.
